The harness is strength-rated to 2,000lbf or 8.9kN. It has four strength-rated, anodized aluminum lace-back buckles.

The DoubleBack Harness is intended for climbing, mountaineering, canyoneering, belaying, and helping dogs up & down steep and rocky terrain.
